Winter Casey

Winter Casey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs and technology policy. Currently serving as Senior Director at SAP since 2022, Winter previously held the position of Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Veeva Systems from 2021 to 2022. Notable roles include Deputy Chief Technology Officer of the United States at The White House from 2017 to 2021 and Deputy Director of Digital Economy at the U.S. Department of Commerce from 2015 to 2017. Early career experience includes a role in Global Public Policy and Government Relations at Google (2010-2015) and as a reporter for National Journal Group (2004-2009). Winter holds a Master's Degree from Georgetown Law, was a Visiting Scholar at American University Washington College of Law, and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cum Laude, from Simon's Rock College of Bard.
