Xi Qin

Xi (Grace) Qin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in applied science and data science. At Amazon, Xi served as both an Applied Scientist and an Applied Scientist Intern, contributing to the development of machine learning models for phishing attack detection and noise label correction, while also creating a data pipeline for automatic data labeling. In the role of Senior Data Scientist at Okcoin, Xi furthered expertise in data-driven solutions. Prior experience includes a Software Development Engineer Intern position at Intel Corporation, where an adversarial image detection application was developed to enhance deep learning model accuracy. Currently, Xi is working as a Senior MLE/DS at SAP, focusing on the development of the GenAI product Joule SI Copilot. Xi holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's degree from Nanjing University.
