Yannic Jene

Yannic Jene is currently the Head of Revenue Operations Services DE/CH at SAP, where they lead a team of Operations Business Partners and support various business processes through KPI management and collaboration with different units. Previously, Yannic held several roles at SAP, including Senior Business Operations Partner, where they provided crucial business advisory services and facilitated cloud transformation processes. Yannic's career began with a dual study program at Stadt Mannheim, followed by experiences in sales administration and office communication. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Business from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and Hochschule Kaiserslautern, respectively.
