Youngsun Won

Youngsun Won is currently the VP & Head of Enterprise Cloud in SAP Korea, where they are focused on helping customer transformation through various cloud solutions. Previously, they served as Head of SAP Customer Experience, driving business innovation in sales, service, marketing, and commerce. Youngsun has also held positions at Oracle and LG Electronics, where they were involved in CRM consulting and oversaw marketing for Asia and the Middle East. They were a key figure in driving digital transformation at Samsung Electronics while working at SAP. Youngsun is pursuing degrees in Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Data Mining at Kyung Hee University.
