Zayid Karim is the Global Head of Technical Support for BTP UI & Infrastructure Platforms at SAP, where they have held this position since 2019, overseeing support delivery for products in User Experience and Database/Operating Systems. Previously, Zayid served as Director of Global Services and Support at SAP from 2013 to 2019, and as Director of Technical Support at Syclo LLC from 2007 to 2012. Zayid began their career as an Integration Analyst/Developer at Experian from 1999 to 2006. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, earned in 1999.
