Sylvana Kelley

Sylvana (Sly) Kelley is a quality care coordinator at Intermountain Health since August 2022 and concurrently serves as a professional sushi chef at Sapa Investment Group since November 2021. Prior experience includes managing Front of House operations at Osaka Sushi and Izakaya, where Sylvana implemented procedural improvements and conducted employee reviews. As an Intermountain/R1 Appeals Specialist, Sylvana administered a formal appeal process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional roles include coordinating breast care at Intermountain Healthcare, serving as a digital media specialist for PINZON LOZANO & ARCHITECT ASSOCIATES, and working as a model at Urban Talent Management. Sylvana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal Relationship Skills from Weber State University and an Associate’s Degree in Science from Snow College. Sylvana also played college softball while attending Northwestern Oklahoma State University, demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills.
