Foteini Panagiotidou has a diverse work experience in multiple fields. In 2019, they worked as an Openlab summer intern at CERN, where they developed a task management bot application and managed the project using various tools and libraries. From 2020 to 2022, they were an HPC & Simulations Engineer at the In Silico Oncology and In Silico Medicine Group ICCS-ECE-NTUA, where they worked on the clinical adaptation of the Oncosimulator software and the application of a virtual patients clinical adaptation algorithm in the prostate cancer paradigm. In 2022, they joined Saphetor as a C++ Developer. Foteini is currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer at the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research, where they explore deep generative models for spatio-temporal data imputation and utilizes machine learning methods for species classification using marine mammal recordings.

Foteini Panagiotidou completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 2015. Foteini went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same field at the same university, graduating in 2021 with a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree.

In 2022, Foteini Panagiotidou enrolled in the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens to further their education. Foteini is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nuclear and Particle Physics.

Apart from their academic achievements, Foteini Panagiotidou has also obtained several certifications. In 2012, they earned a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Michigan. In 2019, they participated in a Summerschool on Object-Oriented Multibody Dynamics with Applications in Robotics and Biomechanics, receiving a Certificate of Participation from the DAAD German Academic Exchange Service. Foteini also completed a Certificate of Completion from CERN openlab in the same year. In 2021, Foteini Panagiotidou obtained the Quantum Computing and Programming using Qworld's introductory tutorial Bronze certificate from QWorld. Additionally, in 2022, they received a Volunteer Appreciation Certificate from the Committee on Space Research (COSPAR) for their contribution to the onsite organization of the 44th COSPAR Scientific Assembly.
