Jolie Pham

Jolie Pham has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2012, they started their career as a Member of the Executive Committee at Nguyen Thuong Hien's Youth Union and Students' Association, where they gained valuable skills in event organization and management.

In 2015, Jolie worked as a Communications Intern at the UNSW International Department, where they conducted research, analyzed data, and drafted content for social media platforms. Jolie also assisted in organizing events for international students.

In 2016, Jolie worked as a Marketing Assistant at Oz Study & Migration, where they managed the company's social media and website, as well as promoted and managed company events.

From 2016 to 2017, Jolie worked as Operations & Management Support at Rolld Australia Pty Ltd, the largest Vietnamese food franchise business in Australia. Jolie supported general operations, collected sales data, and proposed strategies to meet business KPIs.

In 2017, Jolie worked as a Sales Associate at Reiss, where they provided personalized styling tips, assisted the store manager in organizing store operations, and reported business performance to the country manager.

From 2019 to 2021, Jolie worked at LeasePlan as a Purchasing Officer and later as a Senior Purchasing Officer. Their responsibilities included generating quotes, sourcing vehicles, coordinating deliveries, and updating SAP activities.

In 2021, Jolie joined SG Fleet AU as a Senior Purchasing Officer, where they liaised with clients, resolved issues with orders, and trained new team members.

Currently, Jolie is working as a Data Analyst at Sapia.ai, starting in 2023.

Jolie Pham's education history begins with their completion of a Graduate Certificate of Data Science at RMIT University in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Media (PR & Advertising) from UNSW from 2012 to 2016. Jolie also underwent specialization in Language and Literature at Nguyen Thuong Hien High School in Vietnam from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Jolie has pursued several certifications to further their knowledge and skills in data science and analytics. These certifications include "Data Science & Analytics Career Paths & Certifications: First Steps," "Python Quick Start," "SQL Essential Training," "SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis," "Introduction to Data Science," "Statistics Foundations: 1," and "Learning Data Analytics."
