Sergey Yakovlev

Sergey Yakovlev is a scientific consultant at Sapien Wallet. Sergey has over ten years of experience in the field of cryptography and smartcard solutions. Sergey has also worked on developing public key infrastructure solutions and secure data channels. In addition, they have experience in designing and maintaining software libraries. Sergey is also a member of a workgroup for developing technical standards and specifications in the National “e-Ukraine” Programme.

Sergey Yakovlev has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information security systems (Applied cryptology) from National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Sergey also has a Post-graduate degree in Information security systems from the same school. Furthermore, they hold a Master's degree in Information security from National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' and a Bachelor's degree in Information security from the same institution.
