Pallavi Ian has worked in various roles at five different companies since 2006. Pallavi began their career as a Customer Care Executive at EXL Service in 2006. In 2007, they joined QEDbaton | B2B Appointment Setting | Lead Generation Services as an Assistant Manager and Business Development Executive. In 2010, they were promoted to Asst Manager - Demand Generation (ADM) - APAC, where they led 10 different lead generation campaigns for 5 global IT services providers. In 2011, they became a Freelance Writer for Freelancer.com, writing 400+ unique articles for the American readers. Finally, in 2012, they joined Sapience Analytics as a Manager - Global Sales Support (Sales Ops), Sales Operations, and Manager - Business Development.

Pallavi Ian has a long and varied educational background. Pallavi obtained a Diploma in Japanese from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1997 and 2001, and a B.Com in Commerce from MES Abasaheb Garware College of Commerce between 1995 and 2000. Pallavi also obtained a B.Com in Business/Commerce, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Prior to that, they attended Maeer's MIT School between 1993 and 1995. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Accounting and Finance, Strategy and Operations, and Business English from International Business Management Institute (IBMI). Pallavi also obtained a Program Diploma in Financial Management from IBMI. In 2022, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce. Additionally, they have a certification from Trailhead by Salesforce in Salesforce.
