Adhip Sengupta

Adhip Sengupta has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Adhip is currently the VP of Customer Success at Sapiens, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Vice President at EIS Ltd from September 2021 to January 2023. From August 2019 to September 2021, they served as the Vice President - Insurance Practice at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech. Before that, Adhip worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions for over 20 years, where they held the role of Senior Client Partner, Insurance Practice. Adhip was responsible for driving organizational growth and profitability objectives, leading teams, developing business strategies, and establishing a strong partner ecosystem. Adhip started their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 1992 as a Senior Systems Analyst and grew to the position of team lead. Adhip worked on multiple technology engagements for clients in the UK, US, India, and Mauritius.

Adhip Sengupta holds a Master of Technology degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Adhip also has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University. In terms of their secondary education, they completed high school at St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata, and attended Hindu School for their secondary education. In addition to their formal education, Adhip has obtained certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Complete Skilled Negotiator from The Gap Partnership, PMP (held till 2009) from the Project Management Institute, and Transformational (SPIN) Selling from Huthwaite International.
