Adi Ben Simhon

Adi Ben Simhon currently serves as an OD & HRBP at Sapiens and as a Learning and Development Specialist at ESN Global Media Ltd. since August 2022. Previous experience includes roles in leadership R&D at the Institute for Quality Leadership and project management at Edna Pasher PhD & Associates. Between June 2016 and May 2020, Adi worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Regional Project Manager for the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel, having also served as a Social Counselor for Tzofim Garin Tzabar from August 2011 to July 2013. Adi holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Sociology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Tel-Hai College.
