Anat Horovitz

Anat Horovitz is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software development and delivery management. Currently serving as the Director and Head of R&D and Delivery for Sapiens Reinsurance Master since December 2014, Anat leads R&D efforts, including architecture and roadmap development, while managing globally distributed scrum teams. Previously, Anat held various roles at Sapiens, including Director Delivery Manager, overseeing a team of 100 full stack developers and implementation engineers. Other notable experiences include serving as Development Team Leader at IDIT and Group Leader at Amdocs, where Anat managed multiple Java development teams. Anat began a career in Amdocs as a Power Builder Developer and provided first-level DBA support. Anat holds a BSc in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
