Charlie Hayes

Charlie Hayes is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in product architecture and enterprise systems. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Architecture at Sapiens since September 2012, Charlie previously held roles including Enterprise Architect at The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company, and Chief Product Architect at both I Flex Solutions and Castek Software Inc. With foundational experience as a Systems Data Architect at Imperial Oil and a Hardware Design Engineer at Pure Data Ltd., Charlie possesses a comprehensive understanding of software development, data architecture, and hardware design. Charlie holds an M.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University and a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
