Hemant Manghnani has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Hemant currently works as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Sapiens, where they collaborate with hiring managers and teams to identify and attract top tech talent. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, where they also focused on technical recruitment. Earlier in their career, Hemant held positions such as Talent Acquisition Associate at Itron, Inc., Associate Talent Acquisition at HARMAN International, IT Recruiter at Cognizant Technology, and IT Recruiter at ObjectWin Technology. Throughout their roles, Hemant has been responsible for end-to-end recruitment, vendor management, stakeholder management, recruitment planning, and utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and social media for hiring.

Hemant Manghnani obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in ECE from Rajasthan Technical University in 2012. Hemant also holds multiple certifications, including "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from Linkedin in 2020, and various certifications from Aspiring Minds in 2014.
