Vinoo Kaimal has extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR services, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Services at Sapiens from November 2021 to March 2024. Prior to this role, Vinoo held the position of Principal Talent Acquisition Partner (AVP) at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre from May 2019 to November 2021 and served as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Deloitte from December 2013 to April 2019. Vinoo's earlier career includes roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Executive from February 2010 to November 2013 and at Mphasis as a Sr. Analyst from August 2006 to January 2010.
