Lola Adeyemo

Lola Adeyemo is the Founder of Immigrants in Corporate (IIC), a Non Profit that focuses on immigrant inclusion in the corporate workplace. Lola is also the Founder & CEO of EQImindset LLC, specializing in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Optimization. Lola is the author of "Thriving in Intersectionality: Immigrants, Belonging, and Corporate America" and is a member of the Board of Directors at Girls Inc. of San Diego County. Additionally, Lola holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Sapient Logic LLC, and is a public speaker at various organizations. Lola's educational background includes a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, amongst other qualifications.
