Vikas Naiyar

Vikas Naiyar currently serves as the Head of India R&D Centre at BaseRock AI since November 2022, where leadership in pioneering Generative AI for test code generation has been instrumental in building the BaseRock AI Unit product. Simultaneously, Vikas Naiyar is an Angel Investor at Mopid starting June 2022. Previously, Vikas Naiyar held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Harness from November 2018 to July 2022, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth through the design and scaling of the Harness Platform. In an earlier role as Vice President at Morgan Stanley from May 2014 to October 2018, Vikas Naiyar managed the Wealth Management Sales Link application through the full development lifecycle. Vikas Naiyar also worked as a Lead Software Engineer at SuccessFactors from January 2010 to April 2014, focusing on the Adhoc Report Builder module. Vikas Naiyar holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, earned from January 2003 to January 2007.
