Andrea Mejia

Andrea Mejia is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in litigation and legal counsel across various sectors. Currently at Sapientia Law Group since February 2022, Andrea specializes in commercial disputes, civil litigation, and insurance defense. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Pfefferle Kane, managing cases in employment law and agricultural workers' rights, and as a Staff Attorney at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, where significant work involved wage theft and labor trafficking issues. Andrea's legal foundation includes a Doctor of Law and a Master of Laws from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, as well as prior experience practicing law in Colombia, where foundational expertise in corporate law and commercial disputes was developed.
