Gabriel Lamptey

Gabriel Lamptey is a highly experienced acquisition and program analyst currently serving as a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst for the F-35 International Directorate at Serco Space Services since September 2023. Previously, Gabriel held roles as a Senior Acquisition Analyst at ARServices, focusing on technologies related to countering weapons of mass destruction, and as a FMS Program Manager with the United States Air Force. Additional experience includes positions in various program and treatment coordination roles within organizations such as The Arc of Opportunity, South Bay Mental Health, BAMSI, Youth Villages, and Advocates. Gabriel holds a degree in Global Studies & International Relations with a focus on Diplomacy & Conflict Resolution from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
