Mike Difford

Mike Difford has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Most recently, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Sapio Sciences LLC, where they focused on expanding the company's presence in the UK and wider Europe. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager at GWI, leading the team responsible for hiring across various departments in Europe. Mike also held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager UK & Europe at Dotmatics, where they managed recruitment for multiple areas including software development, product management, sales, and marketing. Before transitioning into talent acquisition, Mike worked as a Senior Technology and Operations Recruitment Partner at Citi and a Technology and Operations Recruiter at UBS, where they specialized in hiring for technical roles. Early in their career, Mike worked as a Personal Trainer and Commercial Model, developing exercise and nutrition programs for clients and providing support to help them achieve their goals.

Mike Difford received their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their GCSEs and A levels at King's Grammar School in Grantham, where they attended from 2002 to 2010.
