Chelsea Wehr

Chelsea Wehr is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a Clinic Nurse and Preceptor at Sapphire Community Health Inc since August 2021. In this role, Chelsea trains new staff, supports existing clinical staff, and manages programs related to community health outreach.
