Hassam Dogar

Hassam Dogar is a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Sapphire Consulting Services since July 2020, with a prior role as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at NETSOL Technologies Inc. from August 2015 to August 2020. Currently, Hassam serves as an exclusive SQA/BA onsite resource for the Excise Tax and Narcotics Department of Sindh, Government of Pakistan, providing technical support and gathering detailed requirements in response to government-imposed changes in tax collection and schemes. Hassam holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University, completed in 2014.
