Charles Reace has extensive work experience in software engineering and testing. Charles started their career at CSC in 1986 as a Sr. Member Technical Staff, where they worked on the ENWGS system for the US Navy. Charles was responsible for developing testing requirements, procedures, and executing tests. Charles also trained staff and prepared product documentation. In 1996, they joined Telesciences, Inc. as a Member Technical Staff, where they worked as a software/system test engineer for telephone switch data mediation systems. Charles coordinated with project managers and technical leads to plan and implement testing efforts. Charles also assisted in the implementation and maintenance of support tools. In 1999, Reace returned to CSC as a Computer Scientist, working as a software/system test engineer on the JCALS project for the US DoD. Charles was responsible for test planning, implementation, execution, and reporting. Charles also worked on test automation initiatives and created and maintained test support tools. In 2005, Reace became a freelance web developer before joining MDx Medical / Vitals.com in 2011 as a Software Engineering. Charles worked there until February 2019. Reace then joined Sapphire Digital in 2011 as a Software Engineer.

Charles Reace attended Napoleon H.S., located in Napoleon, OH, from 1971 to 1974. During this time, they did not earn a degree or pursue any specific field of study.

After completing high school, Charles Reace attended Miami University from 1974 to 1978. Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Education during their time there, specializing in this field of study.
