Kerri Richter-Hendricks has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kerri currently serves as a Project Implementation Manager at Sapphire Digital, part of Zelis, starting in 2022. In their previous role at Kaiser Permanente, from 2016 to 2022, they held positions such as Program Manager, overseeing compliance requirements and leading program teams, and Business Process Consultant, leading large-scale projects and working on new product implementations. At Group Health Cooperative, they worked as a Project Manager, leading enterprise-wide projects and supporting strategic initiatives, and as a Business Analyst, identifying key business issues and recommending action plans. Additionally, they served as a Configuration Specialist II, providing subject matter expertise for a multi-year project, and as a Provider Services Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Before that, they worked at Harborview Medical Center as a Secretary Senior, managing office equipment and providing administrative support. Kerri'scareer started at Regence BlueCross BlueShield as an Executive Assistant, where they handled correspondence, budgeting, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Kerri Richter-Hendricks, CAPM, obtained their degree in Project Management from Green River College in 2017. In the same year, they also completed a Project Management course at SmartPath LLC. Prior to that, they earned a Supervisor Certificate from Green River College in 2011. Additionally, Kerri Richter-Hendricks has pursued further certifications. Kerri obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2018. In May 2020, they also obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
