Sadia Rashid

Sadia Rashid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, health and safety, and sustainability. Currently serving as the Manager of Compliance & HSE at Sapphire Finishing Mills Limited since March 2022, Sadia has previously held leadership positions such as Sr. Manager of Sustainability at Crescent Bahuman and Manager of EHS at Interloop Limited. An early career at Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Ltd as an EOSH Specialist equipped Sadia with a solid foundation in environmental management systems, safety training, risk assessment, and compliance. Additional experience includes roles at Pak EPA as Deputy Director and General Manager at Applied Product Services, showcasing expertise in environmental improvement initiatives and wastewater treatment installations. Sadia holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from Kinnaird College Lahore and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of the Punjab.
