Adinarayana Nalluri has over 20 years of work experience in the IT field.

Adinarayana is currently working as the Head of IT Operations at Sapphire Foods India Limited since April 2023. In this role, they are responsible for managing the IT operations for the KFC and Pizza Hut brands, ensuring high uptime and monitoring failures. Adinarayana also works closely with IT leads to provide the right level of services to stores, handles vendor management and negotiation, and manages the IT store budget. Adinarayana is also accountable for new store openings and has built a technical service desk from scratch.

Prior to this, Adinarayana worked as a Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure at Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd from October 2020 to November 2021. Adinarayana was responsible for managing IT infrastructure, service desk, data center, networks, and ensuring the stable operations of the IT infrastructure. Adinarayana also led the strategy and delivery of IT service management principles in accordance with ITIL and ITSM best practices.

Before that, they worked at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. from 2016 to 2020, where they held various IT infrastructure management roles. Adinarayana was responsible for overseeing IT operations in head office, supply chain, and restaurants. Adinarayana also managed application rollout processes, ensured version management compliance, and was involved in planning and execution of new projects. Adinarayana also had responsibilities in server/desktop OS support, application support, network and database support, vendor management, and supply chain.

Earlier in their career, Adinarayana worked at Share Microfin Limited as a software programmer and in the EDP department. Adinarayana was involved in coordinating credit bureaus, implementing software, strengthening IT infrastructure, and generating management reports.

Adinarayana began their career as a computer operator at PSM Spinning Limited in 2000.

Adinarayana Nalluri has a diverse education background. In 1992, they completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) from Govt High School. Adinarayana then pursued their Intermediate degree at AKVK Jr College from 1993 to 1995. Later, from 1995 to 1998, Adinarayana attended Acharya Nagarjuna University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science.

In 2016 and 2017, they enrolled at Osmania University, obtaining a PGDBM (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

Aside from formal education, Adinarayana Nalluri obtained two additional certifications. In 2019, they completed the ITIL 4 Foundation Level certification through AXELOS Global Best Practice. Furthermore, in October 2020, they obtained the AWS CERTIFIED CLOUD PRACTITIONER certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
