Apryl Schneider

Apryl Schneider is an experienced leader in senior living operations, currently serving as Regional Director of Operations at Sapphire Health Services, LLC since August 2025. Previously, Apryl held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Concepts In Community Living, Inc., overseeing 11 senior living communities in Oregon and Washington and ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Apryl has a track record of managing operations for multiple communities, including stints as Regional Director of Operations at Sinceri Senior Living and Prestige Senior Living, where financial performance and compliance initiatives were prioritized. Earlier experience includes roles at Vanda Health, Radiant Senior Living, and Holgate Center, focusing on operational success, occupancy growth, and staff development. Apryl is also active in advocacy groups within the Oregon Health Care Association and related organizations. Education was completed at Liberty University.
