In addition, as the CEO and Managing Partner at MEDCareerNET, Victor has been instrumental in setting up R&D, Engineering, Sales & Marketing teams for large human & Veterinary medical device firms across the United States. With experience in recruitment and project management at various companies such as Boston Scientific and Victor White International, Victor is currently engaged in the development of a new medical device for the Veterinary/Human surgical markets.
