Adrian Kania

Adrian Kania is a finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and investment banking. Currently engaged in late-stage venture capital at Sapphire Ventures since September 2024, Adrian previously held a similar position at Adams Street Partners from October 2022 to August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America, focusing on technology, as well as various roles in investment banking, including summer analyst positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Columbia West Capital, and Goldwater Corporate Finance. Adrian's background also includes work as an Insurance Producer at Farmers Insurance Group and as a Licensed Realtor at Sands Realty, where over $10 million in deals were successfully closed. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
