Lauren Newton

Lauren Newton is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for both Sapphiros and Satio Inc. since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Lauren worked as a Professional Organizer at LGN Organizing from June 2019 to January 2022, helping clients enhance their physical spaces and improve their workflows. From April 2008 to September 2019, Lauren held significant positions at The Institute for Healthcare Improvement, including Director of Human Resources, managing diverse HR functions such as compensation, benefits administration, and global staffing. Initial career experiences include roles at Triad Engineering as Manager and Generalist, and at The Computer Merchant as a Technical Recruiter and Project Coordinator. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Brandeis University.
