Colby Allen

Colby Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing management at Sappi North America since May 2009. As a Senior Manufacturing Manager, Colby oversees department operations, emphasizing safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability while leading improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma and Kaizen projects. Previous roles include Plant Manager and Senior Asset Manager, focusing on process stability, reliability, and asset management. Colby has also held positions as Engraving Technology Manager, where responsibilities included maintaining engraved assets and developing efficient processes. Prior to Sappi, Colby completed a mechanical engineering internship at Cianbro Corporation and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern Maine.
