Jan Hasselblatt

Jan Hasselblatt has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jan is currently the Head of Sales Self-Adhesives at Sappi since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Lead Partner at Secapp - Critical Communications from 2021 to 2022. From 2003 to 2021, they held various roles at UPM Raflatac, including Director Global Business Development, Films HPC, Director, Global Accounts and Brand Relations, Key Account Director, Commercial Director, and Director, Films Business. Before that, they served as the Managing Director at Raflatac Benelux BV from 1998 to 2003. Jan also gained experience as the Director, Exports at Hackman Metos from 1995 to 1997 and as the Sales Manager at Finnpap International from 1992 to 1994. Their career started as a Marketing Assistant at Finnpap from 1989 to 1991.

Jan Hasselblatt obtained their M.Sc. in Economics with a specialization in International Marketing from the Hanken School of Economics from 1983 to 1989. In 2021, they completed a program in JOKO from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development. Hasselblatt also pursued studies in Business Administration and Management at the University of Zurich in 1984-1985, and briefly attended Université Grenoble Alpes in 1983-1984. Additionally, they obtained certification in Aalto EE JOKO from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd in 2021.
