Petra Matkovics

Petra Matkovics is an experienced professional in organisational development, currently serving as Head of Organisational Development Europe at Sappi since August 2014. In this role, Petra spearheads the European Organisational and People Development Strategy, leads the European OD team, and oversees talent management processes, leadership development initiatives, and performance management enablement. Previous positions include Organisational Development Lead, where Petra managed change management and employee engagement projects, and Organisation and People Development Manager, focusing on change management and leadership training programs. Earlier career experiences at AmRest and KFC involved training and development supervision, where Petra established training systems and coaching initiatives across multiple brands. Petra holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a post-graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University.
