Bruce Wayne Renard is an Advisor to Sapronov Government Affairs, Inc. He is a nationally recognized business consultant and trade association executive, with over three decades of experience specializing in the fields of Telecommunications, ATM/Financial Services, Media, Advanced Technology and General Corporate fields, before local, state and federal courts, legislatures and agencies across the U.S.
Mr. Renard also currently serves as Executive Director of the National ATM Council (“NAC”), the U.S. trade organization representing the independent/retail ATM industry, and as President and co-founder of 7Sun Media, LLC, a design/build/deploy firm providing eco-friendly outdoor media platforms for commercial and government applications.
Mr. Renard was previously President of Davel Communications, Inc., a publicly traded telecom concern and the nation’s largest independent public communications provider. Prior to serving as President, Mr. Renard served as EVP and General Counsel for Davel and its predecessor, Peoples Telephone Company. Other prior experience include serving as managing partner for the telecommunications-utility section of Messer, Vickers et al., Tallahassee, FL., and Associate General Counsel for the Florida Public Service Commission, where he participated in the historic AT&T Divestiture proceedings, the rewrite of the federal Communications Act, the 1984 Cable Act, and numerous other legislative matter. His experience includes regulatory and legislative representation for a broad national spectrum of telecommunications and technology businesses and trade groups, carriers, equipment manufacturers, cable television providers and large telecom enterprises.
