Cesar Williams

Cesar Williams has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Cesar began their career at Eagle Marine Shipyard in 2004, where they served as Yard Manager and gained experience in upgrading and repairing vessels. In 2006, they joined Triple B Enterprise as a Marine Construction Manager, responsible for the modification of machinery on vessels.
