Additional experience includes roles as Derrickman at Ensco (agency), Assistant Driller at Songa Opus Offshore Drilling, and Deep Water Assistant Driller at Saipem. Early professional experience includes positions at Ensco plc, Edeco Petroleum, and service as an Infantry Soldier in the British Parachute Regiment. Mike holds a BTEC First Diploma in Public Services and a Scottish Qualifications Authority qualification from North Notts College of Higher Education.
