Muzaffar Mazlan

MUZAFFAR MAZLAN is the Head of HR Shared Services & Industrial Relations at Sapura Energy Berhad, overseeing a wide range of HR functions including Group Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Service Centre. Prior to this role, Muzaffar was the Head of Human Resources at Malindo Air, where MUZAFFAR led HR functions and created recruitment processes. With a background in Labor and Industrial Relations, Muzaffar also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Cypark Resources Berhad, where MUZAFFAR led Domestic Inquiries and ensured HR policy compliance.
