Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Yard Operations at Sapura Energy Berhad since January 2014, Roshan leads operations across the critical logistical hubs of Labuan and Kemaman, overseeing finance, human resources, safety, and compliance in a matrix management environment. Previous roles at Sapura include Manager Operations and Project Manager, where Roshan successfully managed multiple projects and developed winning proposals. Prior to joining Sapura, Roshan held the position of Resident Construction Manager at Jaihind Projects Limited, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency. Roshan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Priyadarshini College of Engineering & Architecture, earned between 2000 and 2005.
