Cynthia Naikelis

Cynthia Naikelis, PCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR systems and payroll management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources Systems and Solutions at Saputo Inc. since April 2018, Cynthia specializes in Workday system management, particularly in Absence and Payroll modules, and has successfully completed two division implementation projects. Previous roles include positions at Iron Mountain, where Cynthia managed payroll processes for North America and the UK, and worked in various capacities related to payroll governance and continuous improvement. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University.
