Jackeline Rodriguez

Jackeline Rodriguez is an experienced quality control analyst with a strong background in laboratory analysis and product quality in the food and medical sectors. Currently employed at Saputo Inc. since May 2024, Jackeline conducts physicochemical and microbiological analyses of dairy products, manages laboratory instruments, and updates quality records using SAP. Previously at Promedon from March 2023 to April 2024, Jackeline oversaw quality laboratory operations, including testing and batch releases, while also participating in the decision-making for raw material acceptance. At CEPROCOR from February 2022 to February 2023, Jackeline gained expertise in spectrochemical techniques, including infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance. Jackeline holds a degree in Food Technology from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and has pursued studies in Biochemistry at Universidad Nacional del Litoral.
