Snigdha S is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in CRM practice leadership and SAP consulting. Currently serving as the CRM Practice Lead at SAR INDIA Digital since September 2020, Snigdha has been instrumental in managing SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP Business By Design implementations. Previously, Snigdha held the position of CRM Practice Lead and Lead for SAP CEC at Zieta Technologies from March 2013 to November 2023, with a focus on C4C and SAP ByD consulting. Snigdha holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, earned between 1998 and 2002.
