Courtney Harris has a extensive work experience in various roles. Courtney started their career as a Management Intern at CHANEL in 2010. Courtney then worked as an Operations Intern at Morgans Hotel Group in 2011. In the same year, they also served as a Project Management Intern at Christian Dior Couture. This allowed their to gain experience in project management and operations.

From 2012 to 2017, Courtney worked at Sara Campbell, starting as an Allocation Analyst and Assistant Financial Planner. Courtney then progressed to becoming the Operations and Store Manager, overseeing the Boston retail location. Their responsibilities included managing the web sales business, organizing and scheduling events, and achieving sales goals and employee incentives. Courtney implemented a new POS system across all Sara Campbell retail locations and played a vital role in optimizing growth through supply chain updates, branding events, employee training, and POS system operations. Since July 2017, they have been the Director of Operations, and they continue to excel in this position.

Courtney Harris attended Endicott College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on the general field of study.
