Amjad Khan, PMP®, is a Senior Business Applications Consultant at SARA Group with over 11 years of extensive experience in IT and digital transformation. Since September 2019, Amjad has successfully led more than 50 end-to-end projects focused on process optimization through digitalization and automation, customer experience management, IT operating models, and e-commerce. Previous roles include serving as a Functional Consultant for Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group, where Amjad specialized in retail and supply chain solutions, and a Solutions Architect at Adrem Technologies, implementing Dynamics AX 2012 for numerous retail locations. Amjad’s comprehensive background also encompasses ERP consulting and systems support, strengthened by a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
