May Campbell

May Campbell is the Head of Talent at Helio, a position held since April 2024. May has extensive experience in sports and recruitment, including serving as a Premiership Rugby Player for Saracens RFC since 2015. Prior to the current role, May worked as a Senior Researcher at Understanding Recruitment from October 2021 to April 2024, as a Consultant at Orbis Consultants from October 2020 to April 2021, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Harnham between August 2018 and March 2020. May holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Science with Business Studies from Brunel University London (2015-2018) and A Levels from Hartpury University and Hartpury College (2012-2015), alongside education at Keswick School (2008-2012).
