Oli Shapley

Oli Shapley is a seasoned professional in talent management, media, and communications within the rugby industry. Currently serving as the Talent, Media & Communications Manager at Saracens RFC since April 2021, Oli has previously held key positions including Marketing and Communications Manager at Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club from August 2017 to April 2021, and Media and Communications Manager at London Scottish RFC from July 2014 to August 2017. Earlier experience includes roles as Media and Communications Executive and Media and Communications Intern at both Waratahs Rugby and NRL Australia in July 2013. Oli holds a degree in Sports Journalism from Solent University, complemented by A Levels in History, English Language, and Media Studies from Therfield School.
