Jermaine Easter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and counseling roles, currently serving as a Unit Manager at Sarah A. Reed Children's Center since August 2015. In this position, Jermaine oversees staff supervision, schedules, and coordinates client treatment with the Treatment Team and Clinical Department. Previous roles include AM Shift Leader and Behavior Counselor, where Jermaine promoted positive environments and implemented educational programs.
