Caroline Hudson, CPA has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Caroline began their career as a Waitress at Elmo's Grill in 2012 and went on to work as a Brand Management Intern at Word Entertainment in 2014. Caroline also served as the Director of Parent and Alumnae Relations for the Alpha Phi Fraternity Gamma Phi Chapter from 2012 to 2014. Caroline then worked as a Runner and Part-Time Receptionist at Legacy Toyota in 2015.

In 2015, Caroline assumed multiple roles, including being a Student at Florida State University and a Retirement Intern in the Compensation and Benefits Department at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. During this time, they also became a Finance Department Chapter Advisor for the Alpha Phi Sorority, Gamma Phi Chapter.

Caroline joined Work Institute in 2016 as a Financial Analyst and later became the Director of Financial Operations in 2018. Caroline then transitioned to the Sarah Cannon Research Institute in 2019, where they held positions as a Sr. Accountant, Accounting Manager, and is currently working as the Director of Revenue Cycle.
