Aaron Osborne, MPH has a diverse background in healthcare and research. Aaron began their career as an Adult Neurology Operations Administration Intern at Carolinas HealthCare System in 2017. After that, they worked as a Communication Consultant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In 2018, Aaron served as a Public Health Intern at HealthReach Community Clinic and later became a Graduate Instructor and Graduate Research Assistant at East Carolina University.

Aaron gained experience in clinical research through their role as a Clinical Research Intern at East Carolina Adult Specialty Care in 2019. Aaron developed innovative recruitment strategies and collaborated with the Division of Infectious Disease to implement research trials.

In 2020, Aaron joined Community Care of North Carolina as a Case Investigator and later became a Regional Case Investigator Team Lead. Aaron played a vital role in COVID-19 response efforts, contacting individuals with confirmed infections, providing education on self-isolation, and coordinating with public health professionals to collect pertinent information and provide supportive services.

In 2021, Aaron transitioned to ICON plc where they initially served as a Site Management Associate. Aaron acted as a primary liaison for study and site management issues and managed study supplies. Aaron also organized and maintained site clinical trial master file documents. Later, Aaron became a Clinical Research Associate, focusing on essential document collection and review throughout the study lifecycle.

Currently, Aaron is working for Sarah Cannon as a Clinical Research Associate II, starting in 2023.

Aaron Osborne, MPH has a Master of Public Health degree from East Carolina University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In addition to their formal education, Aaron has obtained several certifications, including the Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety from IHI, the COVID-19 Contact Tracing certificate from The Johns Hopkins University, and certificates in Patient Safety and Quality Improvement from IHI.
