Daniel Bailey

Daniel Bailey is currently the Director of Physics and Dosimetry at Sarah Cannon, starting in June 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Northside Hospital as a Medical Physicist from August 2013 to June 2021. Before that, they were a Medical Physics Resident at Roswell Park Cancer Institute from September 2011 to August 2013, and a Medical Physics Associate from January 2008 to August 2011. Daniel also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Buffalo State College from June 2007 to December 2007, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo from August 2005 to December 2007. Additionally, they were an Intern in Atmospheric Physics at the Tennessee Valley Authority from June 2003 to August 2004.

Daniel Bailey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of North Alabama in 2004. Daniel then pursued a Master's degree in Physics at SUNY at Buffalo from 2005 to 2009. After completing their Master's, they pursued a PhD in Physics at the University at Buffalo from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for a brief period in 2000 and 2001, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this time.
